Marcos is a founding partner of Future Talent, with 20 years’ experience in HR management consulting and in the executive selection market, with a background of executive and partner of domestic and multinational consultancy agencies.
In charge of over 700 C-Level, board, middle- and upper-management projects, for domestic and multinational companies in a wide range of sectors.
Shows highly developed skills in leadership, market relationships and high-performance teams management.
Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado- FAAP.
Also certified as a Coach by SBC – Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching, along with several courses in management, negotiation, entrepreneurship and human resources strategy.
André became partner in Future Talent in 2018, with the goal of adding knowledge to the team, strengthening project delivery and boosting market relationships.
With over 20 years’ experience in the corporate world and a background in human resources, financial market and retail, always with a focus on management and people development.
Boasts a solid journey in Executive Search projects for leadership positions for domestic and multinational organizations in several sectors, besides experience in structuring of HR projects.
Degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University, MBA in Finance from Insper and certified by TTI Insights DISC.
Robert has worked as Operations Director in healthcare, in charge of restructuring and preparing companies for M&A. He was a founding partner and active participant in a start-up focused on the sale of medical supplies. Partner at Future Talent since 2020, he has lead projects in healthcare, M&A, retail, and Tax&Legal
As a law graduate, he worked for the Public Administration in the beginning of his career and in boutique law firms, dealing with high-profile cases. Has a profile of leadership and entrepreneurship, and great interpersonal relationships.
Degree in Law, with Post-graduate studies in Financial Criminal Law by the University of Coimbra and an Executive MBA from Insper, besides being certified by TTI Insights DISC.
Clarissa has a background in healthcare, with work in business and people management for over 15 years leading several multidisciplinary teams throughout her journey. She has acted in healthcare services for over 10 years, besides having worked in tandem with large size companies and hospitals.
Dinamic and communicative, she has great interpersonal relationships.and commercial prowess, and applies those skills to projects under her responsibility. Has an MBA in Healthcare Management from FGV (CEAHS).
Her genuine interest in the People universe has led her to join Future Talent’s team in 2021.
Today she leads hiring processes for upper management for domestic and multinational organizations.
Juliana originally graduated in Hospitality and Nutrition, with 2 post-graduate courses from USP. She started her career in the multinational food industry, in the field of product development and quality control.
She worked in the food sector, as owner and person in charge of operations for a gourmet bakery for almost 10 years.
After that period, she returned to the corporate world, partaking in a national healthy food industry start-up, in charge of development and quality control of the whole product range, as well management of co-packers, holding the executive position in the company for 7 years.
In love with people and dealing with people, she decided to study Psychology and have an impactful performance in companies by hiring executives.
